Celebrate NCA’s 50th Anniversary at the 2024 Annual Conference & Expo. The event will be hosted at the The Linq Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, April 29-May 2, 2024. This premier US candle industry event is packed with opportunities to enhance your industry knowledge and make valuable connections.

Registration will open in January 2024.
Full Registration fees includes:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Admission to the Expo
- Access to evening receptions, breakfasts, breaks, and lunches
All attendees, including additional booth personnel, must register to attend. For NCA MEMBERS ONLY, registration covers all committee meetings and the Annual Business Meeting.
*Companion fees are intended for spouses and personal guests only. Company representatives are not permitted to register as companions. Companion fees permit entrance to the Welcome reception Tuesday, April 30, Expo entrance and reception, continental breakfasts, and lunches. If a spouse or personal companion wishes to attend education session, they must register as a full Conference participant.
Expo Only registrations include admission to the EXPO Hall only. If you wish to attend any sessions or receptions, you must register at the Full Conference rate.
Suitcasing Policy
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces by non-exhibiting companies, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby or other public areas. It is NCA Show Management’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect our Exhibitors from suitcasing.
Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellations must be submitted in writing to NCA staff and are subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given after February 23, 2024.
